ProfessionalLogo.com collects only what the site needs. Questions about your data:

Logo generator

Works without an account. What you type in the form or to our Assistant is sent to our server only to make your logos and understand your messages, and is not stored. Contact details for a request leave your device only when you send the form. We record anonymous statistics (which designs were shown, liked, picked or downloaded) without cookies, names or IP addresses, to improve the generator (legitimate interest).

Forms

When you send a form, we store what you enter, the logo you worked on, a hashed IP address and your browser type, to answer you and prevent abuse (your request, legitimate interest). Marketing emails only with your consent.

Service providers

We use service providers for spam protection (Cloudflare), email delivery (Resend), hosting (Namecheap) and delivering the site files. Some of them are based in the United States; those transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

No tracking cookies. Your browser keeps what the site needs to work (your language, your last logo, the conversation with our Assistant, the designer’s files). It stays on your device and you can delete it at any time.

Retention

Requests and brand kit emails are deleted automatically 24 months after they arrive, or sooner if you ask. Statistics are anonymous.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to its use, withdraw consent, and complain to your data protection authority.
